Engineering
- Concept servicing designs prior to submission of development applications
- Engineering design of road, sewerage, stormwater and water services including infrastructure such as sewerage pump stations and stormwater detention basins
- Preparation of working drawings and obtain Council approval for engineering design
- Determine Schedule of Quantities for civil works and prepare cost estimates for construction
- Engineering Supervision during civil works construction
Project Management
- Contract Administration including tender procurement for civil works
- Preparation of contract documents and let contract for the civil works package
- Provide on-site engineering inspections and supervision during contract period
- Determine and approve progress payments to contractors
- Supervise take-over of works by Council at the end of the maintenance period
