We provide the following services throughout the land development process:

Planning

  • Conceptual subdivision design and lot arrangement
  • Preparation of proposal plans for subdivisions and multi-stage estate developments
  • Subdivision proposals and submission of development applications to Council for approval
  • Project management of development applications through Council
  • Rezoning and Planning Scheme amendments

Surveying

  • Detail surveys of the land prior to engineering design
  • Setting out of roads and services for construction
  • Pegging of lot boundaries and preparation of final survey plans
  • “As Constructed” surveys of services

Engineering

  • Concept servicing designs prior to submission of development applications
  • Engineering design of road, sewerage, stormwater and water services including infrastructure such as sewerage pump stations and stormwater detention basins
  • Preparation of working drawings and obtain Council approval for engineering design
  • Determine Schedule of Quantities for civil works and prepare cost estimates for construction
  • Engineering Supervision during civil works construction

Project Management

  • Contract Administration including tender procurement for civil works
  • Preparation of contract documents and let contract for the civil works package
  • Provide on-site engineering inspections and supervision during contract period
  • Determine and approve progress payments to contractors
  • Supervise take-over of works by Council at the end of the maintenance period
